Slimming world update + life update

Hello everyone....


Hope you all are doing great. I am sorry that i havn't posted anything for few month but have been a lit bit busy,
Anyway, as you can see from my title i have joined slimming world. I am not sure in how many countries slimming world is, but in UK they definitely are. Slimming world is similar like Weight Watchers.
I will be honest this is already my second time that i join SW because first time i joined last year i think it was august. On that time i didn't last lost. I think i went five weeks or so... Then i got really lazy missed one week then another and then i just quit. Not pretty good start.

Anyway now i am even more heavier then i was when i quit slimming world. It is not a lot of extra weight but i definitely am back on weight when i started and a little bit more.

So my plan is to update you guys hopefully every week if not everyday on  how i'm going this time. And hopefully this will keep me motivated.

So i will be really honest with you all.

I joined SW this time because i need seriouse changes in my life. After i had my daughter (pretty girl in picture) i gained tone of weight.


This girl is all my life... I definitely wonna see her growing up, going school, first dates etc.... All the good things what will happen with her.

So because of having her i gained a lot of weight and now because of her and my lovely husband i need to loose that extra weight.
We already have booked our first summer holidays together aswell, so that is my goal.

Till june 10 lose few stones (about 2 would be perfect) in kilograms that would be about 14 kg.

I will try to give every week weight and measures aswell. And try to share some good easy and healthy food recipes aswell.

So start weight three weeks ago was 15 st 1 lb or 95.7 kg
During these past three weeks i have changed few weeks, but i finaly found best group which fits around my family.
So i got weight on monday but last week on thursday so i didnt dream to got big weight loss. But unfortunatly i was the same as last few weeks which is 94.6 kg
Measures i will update tomorrow.

Main exercise which my husband is kind a pushing me to is running. I never in my life have been a big runner to not say that i have never run.
All the time in school when was needed to run i got paper from doctor that i cant run.. Clever me :P

Anyway now i am getting use to running and im going some home exercise aswell, like sit ups, and full body workout for womens.


So this is it for the first blog. I will try to put some nice food recipe tomorrow.
